During my stay, I was thrilled with the recently renovated Double Room with Extra Bed, which featured spotless cleanliness and modern decor. The effective air conditioning made my nights incredibly comfortable, even during the warm days. Plus, having a nearby café that opened at 6 am for quality sandwiches and coffee was a delightful bonus!

During my stay, the room temperature was unbearable. I struggled to sleep due to the centralized heating system that left the room excessively warm. I found myself facing constant noise from the street, particularly from cars and trash trucks that interrupted my nights. the cleaning staff seemed neglectful, as I had to request basic essentials like liquid soap multiple times before it was refilled.

The room was warm all night, but I loved the comfy setup.

Ja, the room was super spacious and newly renovated! Big comfy bed made it a lekker stay. Plus, the staff were really friendly and spoke all sorts of languages, which made kuiering so much easier.

Just had a bit of a dodgy toilet seat, needed fixing really.

I loved my stay as it was just a short walk to the beautiful parque del retiro, which was perfect for relaxing strolls, and a few steps away from delicious local eateries like himalayan tandoori. both made my city explorations truly enjoyable.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of foods, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences.

The centralized air conditioning was frustrating, as it only provided heating, making the room uncomfortably warm at times.

The hotel offered a large, comfy room along with a well-equipped bathroom. Conveniently located near the metro, it made exploring the city a breeze. the Wi-Fi was inconsistent at times, which was a bit frustrating during my stay.

Big room with a spacious shower area and excellent water pressure (definitely a plus! ). Housekeeping was spot on—fresh towels each day and two cold water bottles in the fridge. Super close to the metro, which made getting around so easy.

I stayed in a Double or Twin Room for 5 nights, and the space was seriously big and comfy! The shower area was spacious too, and the water pressure was on point. Plus, I loved that the housekeeping was perfect, with fresh towels and two free water bottles waiting for me. The big screen TV and stable Wi-Fi were great for relaxing evenings. Just steps away from the metro, which was super convenient for exploring Madrid!

I had a fantastic time here! The breakfast was outstanding, and my room, while cozy, was surprisingly spacious. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work well, leaving it warm at times. I'd stay again, though!
